Terms and Conditions

1. The Basics – What You’re Agreeing To

Look, we know nobody really loves reading terms and conditions, but this stuff matters. By using the Inprise website (that’s us), you’re agreeing to follow these rules. Pretty straightforward – if you don’t like these terms, you probably shouldn’t use our service.

2. What We Actually Do

We’re in the business of helping you figure out who’s calling. Inprise provides reverse phone lookup services – basically, you give us a number, and we try to tell you who it belongs to. We also share tips and guides about phone privacy and how this whole lookup thing works.

3. Your Account Stuff

If you sign up for an account, please don’t lie to us. We need real information to make this work properly. Also, keep your password safe – you’re responsible for whatever happens under your account, so don’t go sharing your login with your cousin’s friend’s neighbor.

4. Don’t Be That Person

Here’s what we absolutely won’t tolerate. Don’t use our service to:

– Break any laws (this should be obvious)

– Spam people or send junk mail

– Pretend to be someone you’re not – including pretending to work for us

– Stalk, harass, or creep on people

Basically, if it would make your grandmother disappointed in you, don’t do it with our service.

5. Your Privacy Matters

We actually care about your privacy – it’s not just something we say. Our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what we do with your information. When you use our service, you’re saying you’re okay with how we handle your data as described in that policy.

6. Who Owns What

All the content on our site belongs to us. The articles, the lookup technology, the design – that’s all our intellectual property. You can use it for your own personal needs, but don’t go copying our stuff and starting a competing website.

7. Let’s Be Real About What We Can’t Promise

About Our Data: We work hard to give you accurate information, but we can’t promise perfection. Phone data changes constantly, and sometimes our sources get things wrong. We’re doing our best here.

Technical Stuff: Sometimes websites break. Sometimes they’re slow. Sometimes they need maintenance. We’ll try to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee our service will work perfectly 24/7.

Third-Party Information: A lot of our data comes from other companies. If they mess up, it affects what we can tell you. We’re not responsible when their information is off.

8. When Things Go Wrong

Here’s the deal – we’re not liable if something goes sideways with our service. We’re talking about things like lost profits, business disruption, or other indirect damages. We provide this service “as is,” and while we hope it helps you, we can’t be responsible for every possible outcome.

9. If You Get Us in Trouble

If you use our service to do something illegal or harmful and it comes back to bite us legally, you need to have our back. That means covering legal costs and damages if your actions cause us problems.

10. When We Part Ways

We hope it never comes to this, but we can end your account if you break these rules. No hard feelings – we just need to protect our service and other users. When that happens, you can’t use our service anymore.

11. Legal Stuff and Where We Stand

These terms follow the laws of Arizona. If there’s ever a legal dispute, that’s where it gets sorted out. Also, just because we don’t immediately call you out for breaking a rule doesn’t mean we’re okay with it – we might just be having a busy day.

12. We Might Change These Rules

Every now and then, we might need to update these terms. Maybe the law changes, maybe our service evolves. If we make big changes, we’ll give you a heads up – usually about 30 days before the new rules kick in.

13. Questions? Just Ask

Got questions about any of this? We’re not trying to hide behind legal jargon here. Reach out using our contact form and we’ll do our best to explain things in plain English.

14. This Is the Whole Deal

These terms are the complete agreement between us. They replace any previous agreements we might have had. No handshake deals or verbal promises – if it’s not written here, it’s not part of our deal.
